Guangdong Sihai Iron-Printing and Tin-Making Co.,Ltd is a manufacturer of EMPTY AEROSOL TIN CANS for 28 years, which is loated in Guangzhou, Guangdong. We have two production lines of Iron-Cutting, four production lines of Iron-Printing and two production lines of Iron-Coating, twenty seven production lines of Cone & Dome Making, ten production lines of Cans-Making. 

All products are manufactured in accordance with GB13042-2008 standards and managed according to ISO9001: 2015 quality system.

Empty Aerosol Tinplate Cans Making Process

• Step 1: Iron-cutting——cutting the roll raw tinplate to suitable sizes for diameter 45/52/57/60/65/70mm cans

• Step 2: Tin-printing & Coating——color printing according by customer's design (CMYK colors) with imported machines

• Step 3: Cone & Dome Pressing——clear oil coating tinplate pressing cone & dome for diameter 45/52/57/60/65/70mm cans

•  

  Step 4: Aerosol can making——10 production lines making tin cans for security delivery time, SOUDRONIC welding machine, air inspection machine and infrared ray auto-inspection machines for quality products

• Step 5: Aerosol can packing——packing with pallets or carton

• Pallets  (D45mm Cans: 784 pcs/layer, D52mm Cans: 576 pcs/layer, D65mm Cans: 361 pcs/layer)
• Cartons  (D45mm Cans: 189 pcs/box, D52mm Cans: 144 pcs/box, D65mm Cans: 96 pcs/box)
• 36 pallets for 40HQ container, 16 pallets for 20GP container

Delivery Time: About 12-15 days for a container

Payment Term: TT 30% payment in advance, 70% payment against the copy of BL.
